Why I Start My Day by Laughing for 20 Minutes

I attended some laughter yoga sessions in NYC a few years back. Enjoyed it a lot, but it was inconvenient to commute 45 minutes each way so I stopped going.

Then my dear friend Texas Chica told me there are free conference calls throughout the day and evening, every day, led by certified Laughter Yoga leaders. They start on the hour, and last for up to 20 minutes. You can just call in for a few minutes if that's all the time you have. Check it out!

I thought the 8 AM (EST) Morning Levity Call was particularly well structured; the others I've tried so far were more free-form. I can definitely feel it in my abs already. Perhaps this will help me get back to cardio exercise eventually…
